Actually that was from the Wizard of Oz and that is what Dorothy says when she dreams of a better place (she gets bitched out and then Miss Gulch tries to take away her dog, Kind of a bad day y'know). But then she gets into a place that's even more psychotic than the first lol - you know a lot of weird people running around doing odd things for no apparent reason, arbitrary rules, and power struggles that are hard to understand. People who don't say what they mean or mean what they say, plenty of time-wasting riddles, And creepy creepy flying monkeys. I suspect those guys are now the DA admins.
